 Throughout the week, we are included in preparing for the Lesson plans. The class was perfectly organized and other duties were performed perfectly. The true identication of a teacher aos portrayed in these training days. This weekend I spend my time on preparing the learning aids and the lesson plan related activities. I consulted our senior, Betsy for the proper consturction of Remedial Lesson plan for Diagnostic test. The time Management as well as classroom Management issues must be resolved through Constant practice and skill improvement. As thes week was skeptically academical, we trainees were totally indulged over the syllabus.

 The Weekend was spent with cultural celebrations And gatherings, we all were in the mood of Onam with flowers and gatherings. The pure meaning of equality and prosperity were seen in everywhere. The happiness was unmeasurable as a teacher trainee when you receive well wishes from all your students and co trainees.  When the time of celebrations and happines was over, I indulged myself into the preparation of upcoming works for our third Semester. Eventhough, we had our prior knowledge overtechnology and statistics, karthika miss arranged a short lecture on 17/09/2024 with assistance of our seniors, Amritha and Betsy for both Diagnostic test and Achievement test. Being ready for the next schedule of classes, I've set arrangement for this journey.

 The whole week was like a rollercoaster of Experiences From Arranging the answer sheets and papers towards the smiling faces of bliss and beauty. This training Period is an evolution process in which I'm getting poli-shed through various responsibilities and realisations. I spend this weekend in preparation of the upcoming classes and also investing in journaling which was pretty worthful. I  usually used to miss my college days, but with the support of our tutor, Karthika ma'an made us feel less pressurized and calm. With her guidance and support we came to develop our self from the minute mistakes leading to our little steps of teacherbood.
