 This week was quite scheduled and managed with the Proper completion of Lesson plan and as a teacher trainee, I came to realize my drawbacks as wellas my qualities to be Improvised. Through Effective Group dynamics, we, the trainees, were able to take part in various extracurricular and curricul achivities in our school. I was truly ignited with the spirit of knowledge and was really trying to find the best ways in imparting the same.  Throughout the Weekend, I was preparing for my upcoming classes also preparing Extra notes for Students. I also got suggestions from Neena maam on preparing notes. On saturday, we were in College for our senior's Fairwell Saludos Amigos and on Sunday,  I was so much indulged in preparing the leaming aids and other presentations .

 This week was a tremendous Experience for me as a teacher trainee. Being a teacher, is not only about being good at teaching but also being responsible in your duties, this is what I learned by performing several responsibilies during this time. I was feeling contentful while being a part of everything. The most supportive NEENA MISS❤️🫂 During this weekend, I was preparing myself for the upcoming Classes for 8 H. I know Neena ma'am got a trust upon me, so I was determined to give my fullest energy. I got suggestions from Karthika Ma'am as guidance, in the preparation of Teaching-Learning Resources. I was so ready to meet the working days to spend my training period both responsibly and merrifully. 

 As a part of the B.Ed. Curriculam, we, the 19th Batch student trainees of Sree Narayana Training College, Poochakkal, were alloted different High schools for our "School Internship - Phase 1. To prepare for the Internship period, we were granted a preparatory week starting from 12th August 2024 to 19th August 2024. Our Principal, Bibby miss, Informed us on 2nd Aug that we should visit the schools, deliver the official letter addressed to headmistress, and collect the respective portions and classes for our teaching practice.  As a part of third semester B.Ed curriculum, the School Internship phase 1 serves as a vital experiences challenges and  growth of a trainee teacher.  Teaching Practice is an indispensable component of a B.Ed student's pro fessional life. During this period,  the trainee is exposed to real classroom dynamics , allowing them to implement pedagogical strategies, manage diverse student behaviors , and engage with the curriculum beyond the confines of textbooks.   As a teacher trainee, I want these Teaching experiences inorder to realize that Teaching is not just about imparting knowledge but also about inspiring and shaping young minds.  First day , First time ✅️✨️
